We spent a night here and were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfy it was. The staff were super nice, making us feel right at home. Plus, the pool area was lovely for chillin'. Only thing is, the restaurant was a bit slow when it got busy, which could be frustrating. a solid choice for a quick getaway!

I absolutely loved relaxing by the beachfront swing and soaking up the sun by the outdoor pool. The spa center was a perfect spot for a chill afternoon, while the room was super clean and comfy. The only hiccup was that the restaurant got a bit busy, so service was slower at times, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all! 😊

First, the room I booked didn't match the description or expectations. the ocean view was misleading, as I had to hike up narrow stairs just to see it. Then, I faced a cockroach issue in the larger room, which really took away from comfort. loud music emanating from the pool area at 7:30 AM was quite disruptive, waking everyone up too early for relaxation. Lastly, the lack of proper communication about the room configurations led to surprise charges for an extra bed, which felt pretty frustrating and unnecessary.

Friendly and polite staff consistently made us feel welcome, enhancing the overall experience. the room felt dated with minimal storage, and the bathroom was in desperate need of an update. Though the pool area was well-maintained, more outdoor shade options would have improved our comfort during the daytime.

The sea view from our Deluxe Room added a beautiful backdrop to our stay.

I also appreciated the spacious Deluxe Room Sea View, which provided a breathtaking ocean view and a comfortable setting for work-related activities. The attentive staff went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience, significantly enhancing my overall satisfaction during the stay.
